The creator and founder of ARMA Academy, where his passion for personal growth and martial arts comes to life. His journey began as a teenager in amateur boxing, where he earned a record of eight wins and two losses. After a layoff, he returned to martial arts in his mid-twenties, immersing himself in the Crazy Monkey Defense Program under the mentorship of Rodney King — an experience that profoundly shaped his coaching approach and philosophy. Over the years, Neville has also explored other combative disciplines and completed the Street Smart Defensive Tactics Certification Program, incorporating that knowledge into his martial arts teaching as well as in training private security personnel.

As the founder of ARMA, Neville’s vision was clear: to create a space where martial arts is not just about mastering techniques and defending yourself, but about living the core values that drive personal transformation. His philosophy emphasizes the real-world application of skills, alongside cultivating an environment that builds both physical resilience and mental strength.
